3. PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

PRO-TECH (EC-100) is a durable 100% acrylic elastomeric coating designed specifically for use over new polyurethane foam roofing systems, recoating existing foam roofing systems and for conventional roofs requiring superior adhesion and solar reflectance.

• Low temperature flexibility down to -15° F
• Low toxicity and odor, environmentally safe
• Excellent dirt pickup resistance maintains high reflectivity which reduces substrate temperatures, prolonging roof life and reducing interior temperatures and energy costs.

5. INSTALLATION

• May be applied by spray or heavy nap roller. However, airless spray is recom-mended for consistency

• All surfaces must be clean, dry, and free of dirt, grease, oil, or other contaminants that would interfere with proper adhesion

• Apply in two separate coats of one gallon per 100 square feet per coat minimum. Warranty dependent on dry film thickness

• Apply at temperatures above 50° F

• Apply only when weather conditions will permit drying before rain, dew or freezing temperatures occur

• Acrylic-based coatings must cure before being subjected to freezing or moisture. Example of ideal conditions: 4-6 hours above 70° F and low humidity

No specific warranties implied. Various warranties are available for specific Pro-Tech Products coatings and roofing systems when applied by licensed contractors and inspected by authorized PTP personnel. It is the responsibility of the licensed contractor to ensure that all products are used in the accordance with federal, state and city codes. This includes but is not limited to building and fire codes.

Periodic maintenance of Pro-Tech Products coatings and roofing systems ensures extended performance and reduces life cycle costs.
